The Inman Aligner is a removable brace which can be used to straighten your front teeth. It works by both gently pushing from the back and pulling from the front to guide your teeth into a new, straighter position.

Teeth straightening with the Inman Aligner takes place fairly quickly and treatment times of 6 – 18 weeks are frequently quoted but the actual treatment time will vary for each person depending on the movement required.

The brace has a clear plastic bar that goes in front of your teeth so although not completely invisible, will not be too obvious. There is a second bar which goes behind your teeth and these bars are activated by a spring mechanism.

Any removable brace is going to take a few days to get used to and you may find your speech slightly affected at first but by practicing talking whilst wearing the aligner, you should find your speech returning to (almost) normal quite quickly.

Whilst not suited to complex orthodontic cases, the Inman Aligner appears to be marketed as a short term cosmetic orthodontic solution to straighten front teeth quickly.
