In July, Invisalign quietly announced they had treated seven million patients. This is an incredible number and more so when you consider it was only towards the end of last year they announced they had treated their six millionth patient. This level of growth in an orthodontic product is quite outstanding and demonstrates the growing popularity of clear aligners.
The press release also revealed some other interesting facts about Invisalign. In the first half of 2019, Invisalign shipped 726,360 cases (new patients started) and worldwide, had trained 162,500 dentists since launch.
